Organised Coach Transfers

Pre-booked coach transfers are available for:

  • Both ways transfers from/to Larnaca airport to/from VENUE hotel at a charge of 50 Euro per person.
  • Both ways transfers from/to Paphos airport to/from VENUE hotel at a charge of 30 Euro per person.

This facility will be offered during and for arrivals on 16th, 17th and 18th of May 2011 and for departures on 21st and 22nd of May 2011. Please note that the price per person is charged for any transportation either for one way or both ways as long as they are done during the above stated dates.(you may book these transfers through the online registration form www.easyconferences.org)

After a careful consideration of all booking requests for coach transfers from/to the airport, the Organizing Committee has decided to arrange the following coach transfers:

Coach Transfer from conference hotels to departure airports:
Please note that coaches will pick up guests staying at Cynthiana Beach hotel first (30 minutes earlier than schedule times above), secondly guests staying at Crown Resorts Horizon hotel (15 minutes earlier than schedule times above) and lastly those staying at Coral Beach Hotel.

From Larnaca airport to Coral Beach Hotel:

We hope that the above arrangement will satisfy almost all participants interested in coach transfers. In some cases some participants may have to wait for longer than two hours. In such cases participants can cancel their coach booking (with full refund), or the secretariat may try to accommodate them in a shared taxi transfer (if one materializes at a more convenient time).

Other interested participants may still book a place in any of the above coach transfers by amending their registration and adding this service online.
